Is the list of the richest people in the world not accurate because people have money hidden in swiss banks?

they could also not want to publicly divulge their ets such as drug dealers, corrupt politicians and simply more private individuals. Even though personal income has to be divulged to IRS (or equivalents) i dont think this info has to be public. i bet there are many people like this...
