What are your opinions on Sony trying to reboot the Spider-Man series?

It's so wrong, the Spider-Man trilogy was not at all that bad, eventhough Spider-Man 3 got mixed reviews, it is nowhere near as bad at 1997's Joel Schumacher's Batman and Robin/
