What is the best calendar application for a Mac?

I currently use Entourage. But I've had lots of problems getting it to reliably sync with iCal and my iPhone. So I need a new calendar app that will sync smoothly with iCal and/or my iPhone via Mobile Me. What is the best one? iCal just seems a little too simple.
