Look for a rock band in the music video?

I am looking for a US/UK rock band in the music video that I saw on MTV about a month ago - the MV itself contains a lot of scenes from live concerts and the lead singer, a skinny/short guy in punk style with dyed hair (multiple colors) loves jumping into the audience... This is all I can remember.
