How can I make an anaerobic condition to grow my liquid bacterial culture?

I need to incubate my liquid bacterial culture in anaerobic condition. How can I make anaerobic condition? I don't have any special chamber for this purpose. Some are saying to fill a bottle upto nake with the culture and seal it. Is it enough to make the anaerobic condition?
