Fluids leaking?

I probably would not be worrying about this but my friend just had her baby at 35 weeks cause there was no fluid left. With my first, my water happened to break while I was peeing so I saw it in the toilet. There were little white flecks or specks in it. Lately when I pee I see the same thing. Could it be that I am leaking? Should I even mention it to the doctor or will they think that I am crazy? I am 38 weeks tomorrow.
