Are all men really men and women really women ?

I know a guy who is very caring , loving. Very emotional. Cries when gets sensitive. Not aggressive like men. Quite feminine but quite successful and very famous with gals. We know examples of women who are aggressive , bullying natured , very strong in physique. They dominate males around them and sometimes have many characteristic of men by nature. But they are successful in their domains because of these characteristics. Barring extreme examples of those who might need change operation due to congenital deformity , what do you thing about these men and women who have clear-cut attitudes and tendencies of another gender ? I think one very famous tennis player who lasted for many years and was record holder in terms of wins clearly showed these type of characteristics. What are your views ?
