What should be my safety schools?

I will be applying to Harvard, Princeton and Stanford but want to have a safety school just in case. My GPA is 4.0, my SAT score is 2380, I have won national drama competitions and international poetry competitions, been the reserve for the International Mathematics Olympiad and want to study History or Psychology. Which would be a pretty good standard school with a strong program in History and Psychology?
