I have 2 Kenwood WS12 subs and a Kenwood KAC-7203 1000w 2channel amp. How should I tune it?

I have 2 Kenwood WS12 subs and a Kenwood KAC-7203 1000w 2channel amp, How should I have the knob tuning set to be about right. Also should I bridge it? Please help me out.
