Can someone defines where racism starts and where racism stops inside the sport of boxing?

I agree that Eastern Europeans were denied in the sport of boxing.Boxing is very political.Far as racism,it was here before we were born and will be here after we die.The only thing we can do is just enjoy our life.Boxer's from all cultures have been hurt from racism in boxing.I wish there was a solution to this problem but man hasn't come up with one yet.
