I wouldn't tell them about it unless they asked me about it. If you wasn't charged with anything it must not of been your fault. I have always felt that during an interview it was my job to give them the information they ask for and nothing more. I feel they don't tell you everything when they hiring you. Especially if it is something negative. So I guess the old saying is true. Loose lips sinks ships.
