Where does Link carry all of his items?

Have you ever played the Legend of Zelda series and noticed this? Link carries bombs, arrows, quiver, bow, sticks, boomerang, hookshot, bottles, nuts, magic seeds, bombchus, ocarina, korkiri sword, master sword, biggoron sword, and more. (I know that he doesn't have all of those items in all the games, I'm just making a point here.) Where does he carry it all? I mean when he's walking around all you see is his sword and shield...
