My 50 yr old gf has a bf that wont go away, what should I do?

2 months ago I left my job, my hometown and all my stability to hook up with a long time internet girl. We had talked over a year and had so many perfect things in common. Then after I get here and stay with her out comes the truth about an ex bf she works with 6 days a week. The first week we were together she chose his word over mine in a vry serious and shady exchange of goods. We have had talks and set boundries over this man and it seems for naught. This thurs he approched her at work, pulled her hair in front of his manager buddy and tried to get her off into a side room for a 'talk' at first I was noaffected, but then after discussion she was reluctant to file any sort of complaint at work, citing it would get her fired or he would mess with her car at work and telling on him would just cause trouble. I came inot this relationship completely prepared and without ANY outside influences. We are having serious debate over this guy and she says she will handle it, but when it coomes down to it, he still feels no worries in approaching her at work. Is this sonmething I should tolerate or invest my time and emotions in, public opinion is key here. -J
