Mater Dei Uniform Dress Code?

I will be attending Mater Dei High School in Santa Ana, California this year and I want to know the dress code. I already was sent a packet, but it's just way too confusing. It would be awesome if someone just laid out the basics for me and I just want to see if we can dress up our uniforms like Gossip Girl or not. Thanks!
