I Really Dislike the Way I Look?

Ashley W made a good point and its true. believe me I know that your personality is more important most of the time. My two friends showed me that. One of them is gorgeous, long blonde hair, blue eyes, really nice, the works but she's super shy and never talks so people tend to over look her while my other friend who isn't nearly half as pretty is confident and fun and fiery so people love hanging out with her and guys like to be around her. your personality can sometimes change the way people see you, so let it shine through.
