I need help with this annoying guy in my cl?

OMG help me theres this freak in my cl and he is so annoying how do stop him he always pats my hair and clicks his fingers in my face and yells arrgh everytime i turn around he just wont stop ive told him to pis off and *** off but it just dont work i cant concentrate on my work oh and he always shines the reflection of his guiness world record book in my eyes [you know the ones that are all shiny] plz help me waht can i do and plus hes such a eye sore...lol plz plz plz
