I'm doing research about 'wild food' in Britain (i.e. stuff you're not going to see on the supermarket shelves). Has anyone ever heard of people cooking and eating wild animals? I've heard of a restaurant that serve squirrel (they call it tree rabbit), but wonder if you've heard of people cooking badgers, foxes, hedgehogs or any other of our native species (apart from pheasant, guinea fowl and rabbit etc).
