Does anyone know what this song is?

I've had this song stuck in my head for days and all I remember is the chorus. It goes "can I get a witness". I know it's NOT the Marvin Gaye or The Rolling Stones song, it's a lot slower than that song and it's got like a soul choir in the background singing as well.If anyone could help that would be great.
