Do you think my baby should have my last name or his?

I know most babies have their dad's last names. But I'm 15 and I'm having a baby, so I'm not sure. My main fear is he won't stick around. So do you think I should give the baby his last name like most people? My last name's Delozier, his is Marquis (Mar-kee) not that the name really matters.
