Can Babies disengage And Turn Breech?

im 38 weeks, and at my appointment on thursday the midwife said that his head is 1/5th engaged. But earlier on when i was in the bath i Felt Him moving around and a huge bump stuck out the side of my belly :S I Swear it was a head?
