Based on looks alone,why do people seem to tell below average looking women they are beautiful and...?

There is one reason for this and that is because they are jealous. These people have to find something wrong with the beautiful person because they are just jealous. But I don't think this is always the case. I know a lot of people who give compliments to beautiful people all the time. So i don't think its fair to say everyone only gives compliments to below average looking women.
